The 5th CMIC 2012 to be held next month, all preparations going more smoothly than expected
The 5th CMIC 2012 will be officially convened on Nov.28th-29th, 2012, as scheduled. Based on the information from the Committee, every work is under way systematically, which is in conformity with the long-standing wish possessed by the conference hosts of developing the convention itself into China¡¯s largest and most influential meetings industry annual conference so as to bring China¡¯s meetings industry to a new level on a yearly basis.
Judging by information regarding registration, cooperation, conference venue design and the like, this year¡¯s conference has reached a great leap forward. Firstly, we have unprecedentedly attracted a large amount of partners, making this annual gala a gathering of leading corporations of China¡¯s meetings industry. Of which, there include dozens of companies such as China national Convention Center (CNCC), Trends, Huelead, China Green Foundation, ACC, HRH Communications, M Events, Info Salons, Air China, and others.
Secondly, convention cities have responded enthusiastically by signing up actively. Presently, Beijing, Shanghai, Chongqing, Ningbo, Hangzhou, Xi¡¯an, Xiamen, Haikou, Guizhou, Qingdao, Sanya, Mt. Huang (Anhui Province), Qufu, Dubai of The United Arab Emirates, and other cities at home and abroad have finished registration, and currently are discussing with the convention committee on further dissemination issues. Meanwhile, tourism administration, conference & exhibition offices and associations of such provices as Hebei, Yunnan, Zhejiang have been in active involvement with our convention. Besides, information goes that the first China Conferences and Incentives City Alliance launched by 8 cities will be held in the same period.
Thirdly, a large number of professional conference buyers will attend CMIC 2012. It¡¯s expected that nearly 1000 meetings planners will participate in the fair and pre-arranged appointment programs, which will greatly boost the cooperation between suppliers and buyers in the meetings industry.
